HOW TO USE CIBN WEBSITE
MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION (for new registration)
NOTE: You must upload your passport photograph (scan in .jpeg format, size 190 px X 190 px) and your highest qualification certificate to apply as a member. You can only apply as a student member (graduates) or ordinary member (undergraduate).
  1. Login to www.cibng.org
  2. Click Membership link on the left
  3. Click Membership Registration link on the left
  4. Click Registration Form on the main page.
  5. Create a username and password for yourself
  6. Enter your correct e-mail address
  7. Select a secret question and answer to it
  8. Click Save and Continue button
  9. Select Membership Category (student member for graduates and ordinary member for undergraduates) / school certificate holders
  10. Select Payment Type (Naira or dollar)
  11. Select a payment option (Interswitch, E-Tranzact, E-Wallet)
  12. Click Continue
  13. Enter your card details (Card no, expiry date, pin no) and Click pay
  14. Wait for the system to respond
  15. Print your receipt
  16. Fill the registration form
  17. Upload your passport
  18. Upload your certificate
  19. Click Submit
  20. Print your registration form
EXAMINATION REGISTRATION
Note: To register for examination, you must pay your annual sub and upload your passport photograph.
  1. Log on to www.cibng.org
  2. Click Member Login link on the left
  3. Enter your membership no and password and Click submit
  4. Click CIBN Examination on the left
  5. Click the check box(es) in the front of the subject(s) you want to write
  6. Select the Exam Centre and Method Of Study
  7. Click Proceed
  8. Select payment type (Naira or dollar)
  9. Select a payment option (Interswitch, E-Tranzact, E-Wallet)
  10. Click Proceed
  11. Enter your card details (if paying with Interswitch or eTranzact Card) and Click pay. If paying with eWallet, enter the Confirmation Code giving to you at the bank.
  12. Wait for the system to respond
  13. Click print exam slip
  14. Print payment receipt
EXEMPTION APPLICATION
  1. Log on to www.cibng.org
  2. Click Member Login link on the left
  3. Enter your membership no and password and Click submit
  4. Click Exemption Application on the left
  5. Click the check box(es) in the front of exempted subject(s)
  6. Select your highest qualification in the qualification drop down
  7. Click Proceed
  8. Upload your certificate if you have not.
  9. Click Proceed
  10. Select a payment option (Interswitch, E-Tranzact, E-Wallet)
  11. Click Continue
  12. Enter your card details (if paying with Interswitch or eTranzact Card) and Click pay. If paying with eWallet, enter the Confirmation Code giving to you at the bank.
  13. Wait for the system to respond
  14. Print payment receipt
RESULT CHECKING
Please, note that if you owe this year annual subscription or any arrears you will not be able to check your result.
  1. Log on to www.cibng.org
  2. Click Member Login link on the left
  3. Enter your membership no and password and Click submit
  4. Click Check Result on the left
  5. Select Exam Year, Exam Diet and Currency Type
  6. Select a payment option (Interswitch, E-Tranzact, E-Wallet)
  7. Enter your card details (if paying with Interswitch or eTranzact Card) and Click pay. If paying with eWallet, enter the Confirmation Code giving to you at the bank.
  8. Wait for the system to respond
  9. Click View Result
  10. Click Print
STATEMENT OF RESULT
  1. Log on to www.cibng.org
  2. Click Member Login link on the left
  3. Enter your membership no and password and Click submit
  4. Click Statement of Result on the left
  5. Select Currency type (Naira or dollar)
  6. Select a payment option (Interswitch, E-Tranzact, E-Wallet)
  7. Enter your card details (if paying with Interswitch or eTranzact Card) and Click pay. If paying with eWallet, enter the Confirmation Code giving to you at the bank.
  8. Wait for the system to respond
  9. Print the statement of the result.
TRANSCRIPT APPLICATION
  1. Log on to www.cibng.org
  2. Click Member Login link on the left
  3. Enter your membership no and password and Click submit
  4. Click Transcript Application on the left
  5. Select Payment type (Naira or dollar) and Destination Type
  6. Enter Destination Address, Destination E-Mail and Destination Phone
  7. Click Proceed
  8. Select a payment option (Interswitch, E-Tranzact, E-Wallet)
  9. Enter your card details (if paying with Interswitch or eTranzact Card) and Click pay. If paying with eWallet, enter the Confirmation Code giving to you at the bank.
  10. Wait for the system to respond
  11. Print your payment receipt.
