Issuance of Transcripts and Statements of Result
Statement of Result:

Students can download statement of result online for a fee of Five Thousand Naira only (N5,000).

Transcript:

Students can apply for Transcript through any of the procedures stated below;

  • Online application and payment via the CIBN portal with your Membership details.

The Transcript fee per Application for local or International destination is Five Thousand Naira (N5,000) only. Every request would attract an extra charge for courier services which is based on the prevailing rate of dispatch at the time of the request

The modes of payment are as follows: Point of Sale (POS) Terminals (at the National Secretariat), Cheques/Drafts and via Electronic Transfers into the Institute’s accounts which are listed below:

  • Member’s full names, membership number and the purpose for which the payment is being made, should be clearly stated on the payment instrument.

  • After payment, the proof of payment/teller should be scanned to exams@cibng.org.

Students applying for transcript are to note that:

  • Transcripts will only be prepared on confirmation that he/she has no outstanding membership subscription.

    Transcript will only be sent to the destination address after the applicable courier fees have been paid.

    First application (excluding courier charge) for students who completed from year 2016 is free while subsequent requests would be at the prescribed fee.

    A valid email address must be provided to receive status alerts on your request.

  • You can request for more than one transcript at the same time, however you will be charged per transcript request.
