Achievements :
At Titan Trust Bank, a new commercial bank, she pioneered the bank's face in the South and East and grew the business from zero to a balance sheet in excess of N35bn in less than 24 months achieving PBT numbers in excess of N1bn per annum.
Under her leadership in Titan Trust Bank various business segments of the bank in the south has also witnessed significant growth across retail, MSME, Commercial and corporate spaces with a less than 1% NPL ratio across all businesses.
During her early banking days at Diamond Bank Plc She distinguished herself by changing the card from not just an elite purse to a safe & secured wallet card which grew the commercial activities in Port Harcourt & Onitsha to incredible numbers. For this she was awarded the best selling paycard officer and was adopted as the REGIONAL HEAD, PAYCARD South and East as an executive trainee. Ann was made the branch manager of the then Regional Office of Diamond Bank Plc and she turned the branch from a D-class branch to an A-class branch growing the deposit of the branch from N300m to N15bn, risk asset from N120bn to N12bn and profitability of over N1bn annually in 2008.
At Union Bank Plc, Ann characteristically grew the balance Sheet from N400m to N8bn leaving behind trailblazing and income-making transactions in naira and USD.
She has mentored and grown a strong league of female bankers who are well-positioned in the industry and setting the bar high in their respective banks, businesses and careers. Awards/Recognitions Across all 3 Banks
