GLOBAL ACCELEREX is an indigenous Payment Service Provider and Platform Operator company duly registered under the Corporate and Allied Matters Act of Nigeria (R.C. 779114) and licensed to operate by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) as a Payment Terminal Service Provider (PTSP) and Payment Solution Service Provider (PSSP) as part of the national cashless and financial inclusion agenda.
The company is a Nigeria Inter-bank Settlement System (NIBSS) Certified Payment Terminal Application Developer and Payment Aggregator. Global Accelerex is also a Technical Partner with Nigerian Interbank Settlement System (NIBSS) who we provide outsourced application development services.
We operate as a bank and processor neutral Payment Service Provider with integrated payment and collection systems, business management platforms, solutions and services being offered to agents, merchants and payment collectors across all market segments for retail payments and collection respectively. Our payment systems and solutions have been certified for use in Nigeria. To date, we have successfully established over 170,000 Point of Sales across all states of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with over 4.4 Trillion Naira in retail transactions processed through the Nigerian Central Switch via our terminals.
